The sponge bases are layered with freshly-prepared custard and raspberries, enveloped by a thick quilt of whipped cream, all encased in green marzipan powdered with icing sugar.
Ingredients: flour, egg, sugar, cream, milk, corn flour, butter, vanilla and almonds.
